Easily, the most impressive part of the museum was the Reptile Zoo. I have been to many museums, zoos and exhibits, but this exceeds any I have ever seen. There are over 50 terraria housing about 200 animals. These exhibits are designed so well that you can come within inches of the specimens and study every detail of movement, markings and more!
The most memorable is the collection of poisonous snakes. I have never seen it's equal.
Anaconda, Python, Rattle Snakes, Vipers and more are shown in a way that you can learn to identify any of them.
We spent so much time there. The biggest delay was me taking pictures, some of which are far closer than I would have ever imagined I could get! Here they are presented for you to look through. The beauty of these creatures speaks for itself!
