Tigger is an exuberant, one-of-a-kind creature with the famously springy tail. He acts on every impulse, and his boisterous manner often leads him to leap before he looks.

Part 2 of 5 - Virgin Gorda and The Baths
First stop "The Baths" at Virgin Gorda. This is one of the most visited attractions on the Island. This area consists of giant boulders that create warm water tidal pools. These tidal pools allow for plenty of fish life and a great snorkeling opportunity.

It was about an hour boat ride to Virgin Gorda and the scenery was breathtaking. He pointed out interesting facts about the islands for example the airport into the BVI islands is located on Beef Island just east of Tortola and is connected by the Queen Elizabeth Bridge. All other Islands can only be accessed by boat.  He even pointed out some celebrity homes.

Once we arrived our Captain recommended we swim in at Devil’s Bay, it is a shorter swim and less current. I must say he nailed it! The swim into the beach was not difficult and since we got there around 9:30 it was not crowded at all. The water was beautiful and Tigger and David explored the caves as I soaked up sun and just enjoyed the water. Around noon it was very obvious the cruise ship excursions had arrived. It went from less than 20 people who arrived by private boats like we did to over 100 people all at once.  We knew that was our cue to move on to our next adventure. At first we were concerned about how Capt. Taiwo would know we were ready to go, but he had his eye on us the whole time. When we started swimming back out, he saw us and brought the boat in right to the barrier.  By this time the waves were starting to pick up (The outer edges of Hurricane Mathew were churning up the sea). Capt. Taiwo was so patient as we were getting back in telling us to take our time no rush and helping us during the troughs (down cycle) of the waves.
